"Our Exchange Policy: Crystal Jeans Boutique is committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. Here's what you need to know about our excahnge process:
1. **Timeline:** We allow a window of 10 days from the purchase date to exchange items for store credit only, whether bought in-store or online. Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
2. **Online Purchases:** For online purchases, contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order at shopcrystaljeans@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. Once approved, you'll have 7 days to ship the package back to us. At present, we do not offer free returns for online purchases.
3. **In-Store Purchases:** For in-store purchases, please ensure that the item is returned unworn, undamaged, and with original tags intact within the 10-day exchange period.
4. **Condition:** Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for an exchange. Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be exchanged.
5. **Store Credit:** Upon receiving and inspecting your exchange, we'll issue store credit that you can use for future purchases.
6. All Accessories and Sale Items are Final Sale!
7. All Sale items are AS IS.
